I was on a family trip from N. Ky to Sandusky Ohio. Travelling north on I-71 I noticed our car was overheating. Not being familiar with the area I did a search on my phone and found the Wilmington Auto Center. I called and spoke with a wonderful young lady named Kristen in the service dept and told her my problem. She not only told me she could help but stayed on the phone to help guide me into the dealership. Our car didn't sit outside for 20 min before it was taken in for diagnosis, and this was on a Friday afternoon. It was a bad thermostat and they told me they could fix it but the part was 1.5 hrs away. They made arrangements to meet the part truck halfway and then the mechanic named Scott got the part installed in less than the allotted time. Then he took our car out and test drove it just to make sure the problem was corrected. This service dept. went above and beyond the call of duty and saved my family s vacation. I have AAA and they didn't do as much as this dealership did. I encourage anyone who needs service or auto repair to not hesitate in letting this service dept. help. BEST car shopping experience ever! Did I really just say that? I hate car shopping. You run into so many problems and I hate dealing with the people at the dealerships and the games they play. We found a car at Wilmington Auto and I must say, they made it not only easy, but enjoyable! Ron, our salesman was extremely helpful, honest and quite funny! They really made sure that we knew everything up front so the only surprise we were in for was how they went above and beyond for us! They deserve all the awards they have and more! I will definitely be back for my next car! Even the store manager was great! He was doing a lot of the work himself and very involved. They got us the best deal, warranty and car for our money and we are so happy we were able to do business with them! We live 2 hours away from the dealership but their service made it all worth it! Even after we purchased the car, we had a question and they were happy to help us out. They really let us know that customer satisfaction was their number one priority and I feel like they are in the business for the right reasons. All the other dealerships needed to make their profit their priority and let us know they only were interested in what was in our wallet. Not Wilmington! If you are in the market for a car, shop Wilmington! You won't get a better experience elsewhere! Thank you to all the staff who helped out me and my family help us get into our dream car! We couldn't have been happier with the quality and condition! We are now looking for excuses to leave and my husband and I are fighting over who gets to drive!

I have purchased two used vehicles from this dealer. I am VERY satisfied with both vehicles! I felt both times that they presented honest prices up front, gave me fair value for my trade-ins, and generally provided a relaxed, no nonsense atmosphere in which to buy a car. They are professionals with a veteran owner who oversees the paperwork and makes sure all is in order. Regarding my most recent purchase, they got me a loan deal that was superior to the ones I had obtained for myself. They provide Carfax report up front, and their pricing reflected both Carfax report and Kelley Bluebook suggested retail. I called about bringing in my beloved 2000 Tacoma to get checked out. The exhaust was becoming very loud, like a heat shield rattling sound. It was more pronounced when I accelerated. Jim Balwit (I think that's his name) checked it out and was able to repair the O2 sensor connection that was banging around due to missing bolts. Kellen finalized the paperwork and got me out within a very short time. I enjoyed chatting with Jim about the love some of us have for our older well-maintained vehicles, and both he and Kellen were also able to tell me where to get the underbody soda blasted and have the rust-inhibitor coating redone as is needed in northern states. I just want to say I am greatly appreciative and impressed with your customer service. I will bring my Tacoma to you whenever she needs a little TLC.
